Create a new healthy routine and support the body and mind with the guidance of an experienced wellness coach and survivor.

Specializing in exercise prescription for those with challenging health conditions, I understand the complexities that can be barriers to exercise and self care. I have supported patients in cardiac rehab, cancer, and bariatric programs and worked closely with women dealing with breast cancer. During this time I also was going through my own breast cancer journey. My uniquely diverse background has given me a great deal of understanding while working with others and my open, supportive approach welcomes you to take control of your health without judgement. I truly understand how to adapt to change, supporting others as they work to maintain or improve wellness in even the most challenging times of their lives. Life is not always consistent, but consistently showing up for ourselves by incorporating healthy practices into our routine will make all the difference in how we feel.
