With more than 20 years of experience helping others improve their fitness and overall wellbeing, I work to build trusting and supportive relationships with everyone that I partner with. My expertise has supported individuals, non-profits, hospitals, corporations, fitness centers, tech start ups and more. My goal as a professional is to learn about your priorities and meet you where you're at then build a plan that helps you reach your goals while enhancing overall wellbeing and mindset. I welcome diversity and people of all ages, backgrounds, identities and experience levels. You are safe with me. Specializing in exercise prescription for those with challenging health conditions, I understand the complexities that can be barriers to exercise and self care. I have supported patients in cardiac rehab, cancer, and bariatric programs and worked closely with women dealing with breast cancer. During this time I also was going through my own breast cancer journey. My uniquely diverse background has given me a great deal of understanding while working with others and my open, supportive approach welcomes you to take control of your health without judgement. I truly understand how to adapt to change, supporting others as they work to maintain or improve wellness in even the most challenging times of their lives. Life is not always consistent, but consistently showing up for ourselves by incorporating healthy practices into our routine will make all the difference in how we feel.
